(3 votes, average: 4.33 out of 5)Oldesign uses a tabbed index page which definitely makes this site unique. Up until this point I’d never really seen a site navigation quite like this one. I really love the creativity of coming up with something like this. Often I’ve seen the tabs in the sidebar - or maybe for a featured area on the main page. But the tabs used on Oldesign are used for us to navigate through the pages and projects.
The colours for the site are also pretty unique as well. Personally I don’t think I would have put brown with an almost pinky-brown background on the tabs. It most definitely stands out - and it’s not a bad colour combination.
